- Appointments — visitors book a time in your hours, with a calendar file for both of you
- 1BW AI — drafts content and design for your approval, within a daily fair-use allowance
- Your own domain — connect www.yourbusiness.com, certificate and hosting handled
- Integrations — send inquiries, bookings and form entries to the tools you already use

Is $9 really the whole price of the paid plan?
Yes. There is one paid plan, with no credits, no usage meters and no higher plan above it, and nothing you do costs extra. The only usage allowance is on 1BW AI: a generous daily fair-use allowance (far more than a day's real work) that resets every day. Nothing is metered or billed per use. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Why don't you charge credits like AI app builders?
Credit systems bill per attempt — including the attempts that go wrong. Your hub is generated from your profile on rails, not by open-ended generation, so there is nothing to meter. It cannot waste your money fixing its own mistakes.
Where does my site's content come from?
From you. If your company is listed on 1BusinessWorld, your hub is generated from that profile — your description, services, contact details, and links. If it isn't listed, you write a name, a line and a paragraph and the site exists from there. Nothing is invented in your name, and anything we derive but can't confirm stays off your public page until you approve it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the paid plan, at no cost beyond the $9. Connect www.yourbusiness.com from your dashboard: we show you the one record to add where you manage your domain, and we handle the certificate and hosting. Your 1bw.app address keeps working alongside it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live — it moves to the free plan. Your pages, your content, and your 1bw.app address all keep working; the paid capabilities (imagery, appointments, 1BW AI, your own domain, integrations) switch off until you return. Want it offline entirely? “Take my hub offline” in your dashboard works immediately, any time. Nothing is deleted, and you can export everything whenever you like.
Do I need my company listed in the directory?
No. You sign in with a 1BusinessWorld account, and if your company is already listed, your hub is generated from that verified profile automatically. If it isn't listed, you can create the website here directly — a name, a line and a paragraph is enough to start. Listing your company adds what a website alone cannot: a place in the global business ecosystem, with the directory, the 1Intelligence library, events and programs behind it.
